  • Of course! If you are new to our studio, you will be given a complimentary, comprehensive postural analysis during your first session wherein an instructor will assess your body condition and determine your strengths and weaknesses.

    It is highly recommended that you have a number of private classes with us, and you can advance to our group classes once you have a sound foundation of Pilates basics.

  • Our ladies-exclusive studio is thoughtfully nestled in Singapore’s charming Holland estate, offering a serene and intimate setting for your wellness journey.

  • Our group classes are capped at six participants to ensure each client receives personalised attention and timely, hands-on feedback.

  • We are experienced in working with pre- and post natal clients and understand how to safely adapt exercises to suit pregnant clients. Please consult your doctor before commencing or continuing your practice with us.

  • Yes, we support both pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation.

    Your safety and comfort come first — we always recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any exercise programme. That said, we regularly work with clients managing pain or recovering from surgery, including conditions like slipped discs, hip and knee pain, and more.

    Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your body’s needs and your stage of recovery. With gentle, guided movement and hands-on support, we help you rebuild strength, flexibility, and confidence — one step at a time.

  • All our private and semi-private sessions utilize studio equipment, including the V2 Max Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, arc and ladder barrels, stability chair, BOSU balls, and mats. For GYROTONIC® sessions, we offer the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower Combination Unit and the GYROTONER®. Additionally, we have a dedicated Barre setup for our ballet Barre sessions.

  • Consistency is key to seeing quicker results. We recommend beginning with twice-weekly classes in order for your body to efficiently learn the required techniques.

  • At our studio, we believe in a multidisciplinary approach to movement. Depending on the programme, we can incorporate a blend of methods — including Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and ballet barre — even within a single session.

  • Please wear light and comfortable clothes that will allow you to move and stretch freely during your workout. Attire can be loose but should preferably be fitted to allow instructors to see the alignment of your bones and muscles, so they can properly correct your form if necessary. All students are required to wear socks for hygiene purposes. We provide fresh towels and shower room for your use.
